The ideal appointment length will depend on the number of areas you would like treated and how long the issue has been present.
A 30-minute appointment is generally suitable for one specific area with no history of chronic injury. If you have two or more areas of concern, we recommend booking a 45-minute appointment. For upper and lower body concerns, particularly those that have been problematic for a significant period, a 60-minute appointment is recommended.
If required, a follow up appointment and length of appointment will be recommended afterwards.
